After graduating from Robert College high school in Istanbul, Feza Solaklar received an Associate of Science degree in Tourism and Hotel Management at the Bosphorus University in Istanbul and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Marketing at the Eastern Illinois University in Charleston, Illinois, U.S.A.

In her over 30 years of hospitality industry career, she has worked in top level executive positions in local and international hotel investment and management companies, such as Sheraton, Hilton, Divan, Renaissance, The Marmara and Accor, she focussed primarily on hotel and residence sales, marketing, brand management and business development, on both the property and corporate/central level.

She is a prominent and respected hotelier with exclusive specialization and experiencewith 3-4-5 star-hotel and residence development and management with specific emphasis on hotel openings, operational and strategic sales and marketing management, revenue management, e-business, brand management, organizational structuring, product and service design, brand and property repositioning at local and international levels.

She can manage and finalize all negotiations with local and international hotel management companies.
